Definitions

The SOCACON 2026 – World Congress of Clinical Anatomists will be organized by the SOCACON Organizing Committee and will be held at Nims University Rajasthan, Jaipur India. These Terms and Conditions apply to all registered individuals including delegates, speakers, exhibitors, and media representatives referred to as Attendees.

Agreement to Terms

By registering for the Event or using related services on our official website you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree you must discontinue use of the services immediately.

User Responsibilities

• You have the legal capacity and authority to accept these Terms.
• You will not use the Event services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• You will not disrupt, compromise, or harm the functionality or security of the Event website or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law the Organizer shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, financial loss, or personal injury arising from participation in the Event. Attendance is at your own risk. Liability shall apply only in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Organizer.

Event Participation

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event program, schedule, speakers, or venue at any time without prior notice. Updates will be communicated to Attendees through official channels.

Relocation and Cancellation

The Organizer may relocate the Event within Jaipur, Rajasthan if required. In cases of cancellation, postponement, or transition to a digital format due to circumstances beyond our control including force majeure the Organizer will not be liable for expenses incurred by Attendees including travel, lodging, or other costs. Registration fees may be retained for future SOCACON events or refunded after deducting non-recoverable costs.

Media and Recording

By participating Attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Event. The Organizer reserves the right to use this material for promotional, educational, and archival purposes across print, digital, and social media platforms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
