Important Notes:
  • For presentation and submission of abstract, membership of SOCA is mandatory.
  • No refunds once the registration is done. Registration fees once paid are non-refundable.
  • Conference kit will not be provided to accompanying person (co–delegate).
  • Associate Delegates & Spot Registrations will not be receiving the conference kit.
  • PG students need to provide bonafide certificate from their respective Head of the Department.
  • Indian delegates must hold NMC-recognized qualifications and be life members of SOCA (Not applicable for Associate Delegates).
