Important Notes:
  • Membership of SOCA is mandatory for abstract submission and presentation for Indian delegates.
  • Registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
  • Conference kit will not be provided to accompanying persons, associate delegates, or spot registrations.
  • PG students must submit a bonafide certificate from their respective Head of the Department.
  • Indian delegates must hold NMC-recognized qualifications and be life members of SOCA (not applicable for Associate Delegates).
  • *GST on transactions will be applicable as per RBI regulations.
  • *Associate Delegates & Spot Registrations will not be receiving the conference kit.
