Registration and Deadlines

All participants must register for the SOCACON 2026 – World Congress of Clinical Anatomists exclusively via the official website, www.socacon2026.com. Registrations will only be accepted if they are fully completed and submitted with payment in full.

The applicable registration fee is determined by the date of receipt of both the registration form and full payment. Should the deadline for any registration category be missed, the next fee bracket will automatically apply. Reduced fees require valid supporting documentation at the time of registration (e.g., employment or country of residence). No partial payments or registrations will be processed.

Payment Methods

Payment must be made at the time of registration. The following methods of payment are accepted:

Payment data will be transmitted securely via PCI DSS Level 1 compliant systems, with frequent third-party audits and a dedicated internal security team to ensure data safety. Credit card transactions are protected by the 3D Secure / Verified by Visa procedure.

Confirmation of Registration

Upon successful receipt of the registration form and payment, participants will receive a registration confirmation via email. This confirmation will include the participant's name, booking number, and details of the events registered.

This confirmation acts as the participant's digital ticket. It must be presented at the registration counter to collect event materials and identification badges.

Cancellation Policy

All registrations for the SOCACON 2026 are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the registration is completed and payment is received, no cancellations, refunds, or transfers to another participant or event will be permitted under any circumstances.

Participants who are unable to attend the event for any reason will forfeit their registration fee.

Payment Discrepancies

In the event of any discrepancies in payment or registration details, participants must notify the Registration Department within 24 hours of the transaction.

The Organizers will investigate and resolve any legitimate discrepancies in a timely manner. However, under no circumstances will refunds or transfers be allowed after the registration is successfully processed.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the registration or participation in SOCACON 2026 – World Congress of Clinical Anatomists will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Severability Clause

Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain valid and in effect. The parties agree to replace any invalid provision with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the invalid provision.
