SOCIETY OF CLINICAL ANATOMISTS (SOCA), INDIA

The Society of Clinical Anatomists (SOCA) is dedicated to furthering knowledge in the field of Clinical Based Anatomy. The members of SOCA aim to bridge the gap between Anatomists and Clinicians and to explore new dimensions in Clinical Anatomy.

Founded on 19th July 2011 by nine Clinical Anatomists from Salem and one from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, SOCA was registered with the Registrar of Societies at Salem under the TN Societies Registration Act 1975 (Regn. no. 168/2011).

Life Members in SOCA: 2,212 (as of 13th June 2023).

SOCA was inaugurated on 9th June 2012 at Hotel Ashok Residency, Chennai, by Dr. Sudha Seshayyan, Former Vice Chancellor of the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University.
